RELATIONSHIP TO STORM
The original TPK! was contrived of the alliance between super baby faces Crazy Jay and Britney Spears, with the tweener Marcus Adams rounding out the group. By the time Johnny Storm made his debut in the Total Carnage Wrestling Federation, these three were already champions, and were as high on the card as you could get. Storm, as he's often done in his career since, saw an opportunity to go straight to the top of the card by savagely beating down the TCWF World Heavyweight Champion, Crazy Jay. This prompted a response from TPK! in the form of Britney Spears, who retaliated against Storm, costing him his first match in the company. Spears and Storm feuded for the next several months, with Spears eventually coming out on top of the exchange.
For a normal person, this would be a time of reassessment, but for someone like Johnny Storm it only seemed to fuel him. Storm employed the help of two other up and coming superstars, The BombTrax, Press and Flaming Youth, and the trio had several backstage altercations with TPK!. This finally culminated in The BombTrax defeating Marcus Adams and Spears for the Tag Team Championships, and Storm defeating Jay for the Heavyweight Championship, all in one night. The TPK! trio were devastated, but resolved themselves to get their revenge the next night on TV.
On that particular show, several things took place. First, the new Tag Champions were offered a proposition to join TPK! by the teams new manager, Tammy Lynn. This resulted in fist-o-cuffs between Storm and The Bombtrax, when the team accepted the offer before the end of hour one. Storm, feeling completely betrayed, went to the General Manager, and demanded a match with the two, but was denied, instead being directed to a Semi-Main Event match with Britney Spears. Fuming, Storm went into the match with Spears, and they tore the house down. The match ended in a disqualification when The BombTrax came down to the ring to aide their new Stable Mate, Spears. In the Main Event of the show, Crazy Jay & Marcus Adams were involved in a tag match with to other of TCWF's tag teams. At the conclusion of the match, Jay and Adams were triumphant and celebrating in the ring, when the Titan Tron came to life.
On the screen, The BombTrax were walking through the parking garage alongside their new manager, Tammy Lynn, talking about how good this merger with TPK! was going to be, when a silver stretch limo came careening around the corner and smashed into the big man, Press. It was obvious that Press was severely injured, and Youth and Tammy were beside themselves when the limo door swung open. Out of the limo came Johnny Storm, a sarcastic grin twisted across his face. Just as the announce team caught up with the moment, from out of nowhere Britney Spears appeared, smashing a chair over Youth's back. Tammy Lynn cried out for her to stop, and in response received a violent chair shot to the face. Storm and Spears grinned at each other, and then looked to the camera.
Back inside the ring, Marcus Adams was watching all of this in complete shock. He turned to confer with his partner, Crazy Jay, when Jay nailed him with a lariat, and then proceeded to destroy the man in what some say, is the most violent beat down in all of wrestling history. The show went off the air to Crazy Jay's sadistic laughter, covered in Adams' blood.
The next televised event saw the new People's Kliq, who to be honest, no longer had the support of the people. The cohesion of the unit didn't last long, as Storm quickly took exception to being reminded regularly that he had never defeated Spears in competition. Despite Jay's protests, the two entered another embroiled feud, which would see Spears take the championship from Storm. The group imploded, with everyone hating the other, and bound in a blood feud for years to come.
